Quinta da Serra

Bambá Cabbage

• 3 cups tea Chicken broth

• 1 cup  of cornmeal tea

• 2 cabbage leaves, torn

• 50 grams of diced fried bacon

• 1 egg

• Salt

Preparation

In a saucepan place the chicken stock. Add the cornmeal gradually until it forms a porridge.

Bring to a boil and growing cabbage, bacon and finally get a break in the egg and porridge and cook
